While tuning, by measuring this value (waveform data displayed in

) at the same time, you can check command
response with positioning time and vibration.
Verify that no commands with extremely short acceleration/deceleration time are input
from the host controller.
If a command

s acceleration/deceleration time is too short, the motor will be unable to
keep up and vibration will easily occur.
If you want to set a short acceleration/deceleration time, use a position command smoothing filter.
