Most AC-powered electronic devices sold in the United 

States and Canada have an AC plug with two flat blades 

and operate with 110 or 120 volts AC power. Other 

countries use different AC outlet arrangements and AC 

power voltages. The Travel Voltage Converter lets you 

adapt to local power systems (220–240 volts) and use your 

electronic devices worldwide. 
You can use the converter continuously, depending on 

the power rating of the appliance in use. Refer to this time 

usage chart based on your device’s power rating.

Cautions

•  Use this converter only with 

non-electronic heating 

devices that have a power rating from 51~2000 

watts

, such as hair dryers, irons, heating pads, 

coffee makers, steamers, manicure sets, heaters, hot 

shavers, toasters, lamps, and food/bottle warmers.

•  DO NOT use with battery chargers, contact lense 

disinfectors, auto start/shut off irons, programmable 

coffee makers, hair straighteners or any electronically 

controlled heating appliances.

•  Please consult your appliance’s manufacturer or 

owners manual to ensure compatibility before using.

OPERATION 

1.   Use the charts on Page 2 to determine the AC voltage 

and outlet configuration of the country you are in. Then 

set up the converter as required. 

•  For Europe and the Middle East: 

 

Push out the adapter plug marked 

EUROPE

 of this 

converter completely until it clicks into place. Then the 

Europe plug locks automatically.

 

After use

: Just push this Europe adapter plug back  

into the converter directly. 

•  For the Philippines and Thailand: 

 

Push out the adapter plug marked 

S.A/SWIVEL

 of this 

converter completely until it clicks into place. Turn the 

two blades parallel to match AC outlet’s holes. Then the 

USA plug locks automatically. 

 

After use

: Just push this S.A/SWIVEL adapter plug 

back into the converter directly.
