Grouping Contacts
To organize your Address Book, you may create Categories and Distribution
Lists. Using Categories, you may group contacts according to a common
characteristic, such as Marketing Department, Contractors, Family and Friends.
Distribution Lists is a group of contacts to whom you may frequently send
messages, such as Task Force Members, Project Team or Sales Staff.
Categories
You may create up to 10 categories. However, you may not assign a contact to
more than one category. Each category you create will appear in the Select
Range drop-down dialog box. You may view the contacts assigned to a
category by selecting the appropriate Category in the dialog box.
Creating Categories

From the Address Book home page, click on the contact’s name to dis-
play the contact record

Update, change or modify the record as needed
3 Click save to save the update.

From the Address Book home page, place a check next to the contact or
contacts you wish to delete.

Click Delete from the sub-navigation bar.
3 A confirmation box displays. Click Ok to delete the checked entries.

From the Address Book home page, click Categories in the navigation
bar.

Click Add Category.
3 Enter a Category Name and its description, if needed.

Click save to save the Category.
