Nextbase NBDVR212G Upgrade
Instructions
1.
Download the latest version of the
NEXTBASE NBDVR212G Firmware from
the Downloads Section of the NEXTBASE
Website.
2.
The Firmware Update will download as a
single file labelled FW212GB.bin
3.
Copy the Firmware Update File onto a
blank, formatted MicroSD card.
Please note, the file name must not be
changed or it will not be detected by
your dash cam.
4.
With power turned off, insert the
MicroSD Card containing the Firmware
Update File into the slot in the side of
the dash cam.
5.
Connect the power cable to the USB
connection on the side of the mount.
6.
The dash cam will power on and begin
installing the Firmware update
7.
Once the Firmware update has been
installed the dash cam will restart and
display the First Time Use Setup Menu.
Use the Arrow Buttons to choose your
required settings and the OK button to
Confirm
8.
To check the update has been successful,
Press the Menu Button twice to display
the Setup Menu.
