Solutions
D011
This analysis appears
when the device
recognises poor
conductivity between
the electrodes. It then
displays ‘---‘ on the
chlorine production
display.
The cell is
disconnected or not
connected properly,
or oxidised
Check the connection
The electrodes are
scaled up
Clean the electrodes (ACIDULOR
recommended cleaning fluid)
The amount of salt
in the water is too
low
Check the salt level 5g/l
D013
After 6,000 hours of
operation of the device,
this analysis appears.
It tells you that the
electrode needs to
be checked or
replaced.
To cancel this analysis, press the 7
and 10 keys at the same time.
D014
Flow rate sensor fault
No flow,
jammed sensor, valves
closed
Check the flow of water at the
sensor, if necessary
D0rP
There is no electrolysis
request from the
chlorine regulation box,
the electrolyser is not
requested and the
production is at 0%
This diagnosis has only been set up to justify this change of
production to 0% to the user, there is no malfunction.
7.4 pH anomalies and possible causes
ANOMALIES
POSSIBLE CAUSES
No display
No power, check the fuse
The pH display stays around
7.01 even if the electrode is
dipped in the buffer
solution 10.01
Short-circuit in the measurement circuit
The display remains blocked
on 0.57 or on 10.75
The pH electrode is not connected
The pH electrode is broken
The BNC connector of the box is damaged
The pump does not prime
Suction strainer blocked
Suction tube pierced
Suction valve damaged
Low flow rate
Actual pressure on the filtration circuit too high,
check the filtration valves
Faulty injector, valve
Clogged sand filter
