The calibration area initially at 000 changes
to 300, and the countdown from 300
seconds (i.e. 5 minutes) starts.

Leave the electrode plunged in the pH
10.01 solution until the final countdown,
and do not touch it during the countdown.

Wait 5 minutes for the countdown to finish,
the display then indicates 10.01.

Remove the electrode from the buffer
solution 10.01.
Calibration is then finished
A well-maintained electrode has a life of 2
to 3 years (see "pH electrode winterisation"
paragraph on page 21).
6.6 Displaying the pH Set point or
Threshold
6.6.1 pH regulation operation –
Threshold
The threshold or set point is the trigger
point for starting or stopping the pump. The
threshold is factory-set at 7.2.
In injected product mode = - pH,
when the pH analysis of the water is above
7.2, the pump will start up.
Between 7.2 and 7.4, the system will
automatically calculate the pump's
operating time for injecting the product.
With STERILOR Duo, the dose level is
cyclical, proportionally to the difference
measured between the value analysed by
the device and the threshold value chosen.
When the pool water analysis
reaches the threshold set, the dosing pump
injects from time to time. When the
analysis is a long way off the threshold set,
the dosing pump starts up more and more
frequently.
Above 7.4 (for a threshold of 7.2),
the pump operates at 100%.
The pump pumps continuously as
soon as the difference between the pool
water analysis and the threshold set
exceeds 0.2 pH unit.

6.6.2 Setting the threshold or set point
The ideal threshold setting is
generally 7.2 (value that corresponds to the
factory pre-setting). Its value is repeated on
the screen in the pH area:
The pH of your swimming pool will
therefore vary between 6.8 and 7.3 at
most, which is the ideal pH for swimming
pools.
The threshold is set by 0.05 in 0.05
pH unit:
Keep the S button pressed down
with your finger throughout the entire
setting period.

the value and – to reduce it
