Interface Socket
EM1300 uses a 12-pins fl ex cable socket to interface with external device (Host), such as EVK3000&1300,
the EM1300 Evaluation Kit. Figure 5 below shows the socket. For reference purpose, the EM1300
Evaluation Kit uses a connector to connect the fl ex cable.

Interface Cable
A 50 mm fl exible cable is included in the EM1300 package. Both of the two ends are 12 PINS. One connects
to the EM1300 interface socket, the other connects to external device. Figure below shows how the cable is
connected to the interface socket.
