Parity Check

Setthe parity type tomatch the Host requirements. The default setting is No Parity.



Odd Parity:

If the data contains an odd number of 1 bits, the parity bit value is set to 0.



Even Parity:

If the data contains an even number of 1 bits, the parity bit value is set to 0.



None:

Select this option when no parity bit is required.

Set the number of data bits to match the host requirements.

Stop Bit

The stop bit(s) at the end of each transmitted character marks the end of transmission of one character and prepares the
receiving device for the next character in the serial data stream. Set the number of stop bits to match the host
requirements.
