Chapter 4 RS-232 Interface

Introduction

When the scanner is connected to the RS-232 port of a host device, scan the

RS-232

barcode below to enable it. Moreover,

you need to set communication parameters (including baud rate, parity check, data bit and stop bit) to match the host
device.

RS-232

RS-232 Parameters

When the scanner is connected to the host device via serial port, it is necessary to maintain consistency in communication
parameters configuration on both devices so that they can communicate with each other.
