Mill functions

Repeat step 4 for all the positions.

 

The probe message window displays the values for angle 1 and 
angle 2.

Corner angle operation

1.

The message window shows ‘Probe - angle’.

Select the required axis by pressing the slider bar near the required 
axis

4.

Move to start position press [

enter

].

 

The DRO beeps.

5.

Move to new position press [

enter

].

 

The DRO beeps.

6.

The result is displayed on the screen.

Diameter measurement mode

This function calculates the diameter of a circular feature from three 
points. Under this you can choose from the following measurement 
options.

• 

Internal diameter measurement.

• 

External diameter measurement.

For both the measurement modes use following sequence:

The message window shows ‘Probe - diamtr’.

2.

Select mode of operation: internal 

 or external 

.

3.

The DP900 displays 'Move to Position 1'.

 

Move to first point and touch.

 

The DRO beeps.

4.

The DP900 displays 'Move to Position 2'.

 

Move to second point and touch..

 

The DRO beeps

5.

The DP900 displays 'Move to Position 3'.

 

Move to third point and touch.

 

The DRO beeps.

6.

The result is displayed after probing the third point.
