Every 600 hours
Transmission breather
1. Remove breather (1) and wash with cleaning fluid.
Check for the free movement of ball inside the breather
by shaking. If the ball is jammed, replace the breather
with a new breather.

Front wheel bearing - Two-Wheel Drive (2WD)
Clean, grease and adjust wheel bearings
WARNING
Overturning hazard!
Always try to park the machine on firm level ground. Avoid parking on slopes. Block the wheels in
both directions.
Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.

1. With the parking brake applied on a flat surface, jack up
and support one front wheel. Block the wheels before
jacking.
2. Remove the cap (1) , nut (2) , thrust washer (3) , and the
outer bearing (4) .
3. Remove the complete wheel and hub assembly and
remove the grease seal (5) and inner bearing (6) .

4. Thoroughly clean all parts and allow to dry.
Reassembly
1. Inspect the bearings and both bearing cups in the wheel
hub for discoloration and wear.
2. Replace bearings and cups as needed.
3. Pack the bearings and space between the two bearing
cups with grease. Also coat the wheel spindle with
grease.
