1 INTRODUCTION

The NEMTEK Druid LCD 2x energizer and NEMTEK 8-way Relay Board provide the network
connection capability for the synchronisation, centralised control and/or remote control and
feedback of multiple energizers and relay boards. Various network topologies are possible,
ranging from a simple two energizer network linked by a keypad, to a large network
consisting of up to 32 energizers and up to 32 relay boards linked by ethernet cable, optic
fibre, RS485 or wireless connection.

This manual aims to provide a setup guide for these different topologies on hardware and
software level. All software mentioned in this guide can be found online at
http://www.nemtek-druid-fenceprobe.com. All required hardware mentioned in this
manual is available directly from NEMTEK.
