Activate or deactivate the childproof lock.
Disable the control panel to prevent unwanted or
accidental operation.
If the childproof lock is activated and the appli-
ance has been switched off, the childproof lock
remains activated.

(Basic Settings) Basic settings Change the basic settings for the appliance.
(Prewash) ¡ Activate

Activate or deactivate prewash, e.g. for washing
heavily soiled laundry.
Note:
If the intelligent dosing system is activated,
the detergent will be dispensed automatically for
the prewash and the main wash.
If the intelligent dosing system is deactivated,
place the detergent for the prewash directly in
the drum.
(Rinse Plus)

Activate or deactivate up to three additional rinse
cycles.
Recommended for particularly sensitive skin or
in regions with very soft water.
(Rinse Hold) ¡ Activate

Activate or deactivate spinning and draining at
the end of the washing cycle.
The laundry remains in the water after the last
rinse cycle.
(Soak) ¡ Activate

Activate or deactivate soaking.
Before the main wash cycle starts, the laundry re-
mains in the water for longer.
For laundry with particularly stubborn soiling.
(Easy Iron) ¡ Activate
¡ Deactivate
Activate or deactivate the reduced creasing pro-
gramme.
In order to reduce creasing in the laundry, the
spin cycle and the spin speed are adapted.
The laundry is damp enough after washing that it
needs to be hung out on a washing line.
(Memory) ¡ Saving
¡ Setting
Press the button for approx. 3 seconds to save
your customised program settings.
