Intended use
The Nedis ZBSD10WT is a wireless, battery powered door
sensor.
You can connect the product wirelessly to the Nedis
SmartLife app via the Zigbee gateway.
When connected, the app displays if the door is open or
closed.
The product is intended for indoor use only.
The product is not intended for professional use.
Any modification of the product may have consequences
for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do

Only power the product with the voltage
corresponding to the markings on the product.

Always keep button cell batteries, both full and empty,
out of reach of children to avoid the chance of
swallowing. Dispose of used batteries immediately and
safely. Button cell batteries can cause serious internal
chemical burns in as little as two hours when
swallowed. Keep in mind that the first symptoms may
look like child diseases like coughing or drooling. Seek
immediate medical attention when you suspect that
batteries have been swallowed.
•
Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
•
Do not dismantle, open or shred secondary cells or
batteries.
•
Do not expose cells or batteries to heat or fire. Avoid
storage in direct sunlight.
•
Do not short-circuit a cell or a battery.
•
Do not store cells or batteries haphazardly in a box or
drawer where they may short-circuit each other or be
short-circuited by other metal objects.
•
Do not subject cells or batteries to mechanical shock.
•
In the event of a cell leaking, do not allow the liquid to
come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has
been made, wash the affected area with copious
amounts of water and seek medical advice.
•
Observe the plus (+) and minus (–) marks on the cell,
battery and equipment and ensure correct use.
•
Do not use any cell or battery which is not designed for
use with the equipment.
•
Seek medical advice immediately if a cell or a battery
has been swallowed.
•
Always purchase the battery recommended by the
product manufacturer for the product.
•
Keep cells and batteries clean and dry.
•
Wipe the cell or battery terminals with a clean dry cloth
if they become dirty.
•
Use only the cell or battery in the application for which
it was intended.
•
When possible, remove the battery from the product
when not in use.
•
Properly dispose of the empty battery.
•
Some wireless products may interfere with implantable
medical devices and other medical equipment, such as
pacemakers, cochlear implants and hearing aids.
Consult the manufacturer of your medical equipment
for more information.
•
Do not use the product at locations where the use of
wireless devices is prohibited due to potential
interference with other electronic devices, which may
cause safety hazards.
Connecting to the Zigbee gateway

Make sure the Zigbee gateway is connected to the
Nedis SmartLife app.

For information on how to connect the gateway to the
app, consult the manual of the gateway.
1. Open the Nedis SmartLife app on your phone.
2. Select the Zigbee gateway to enter the gateway
interface.
3. Tap Add subdevice.
4. Remove the battery insulation tab

The sensor appears in the app when the product is
successfully connected to the gateway.
Installing the sensor
The product is now ready for use.
Install the product onto a door as shown in image

.

1. Open the Nedis SmartLife app on your phone.
2. Select the Zigbee gateway to enter the gateway
interface.
3. Select the sensor you want to view.
The app shows the measured values of the sensor.
•
Tap Set alarm to switch the low battery alarm on or off
for the selected sensor.
Creating an automated action
The sensor can control other devices with an automated
action.
1. Open the Nedis SmartLife app on your phone.
2. Tap Smart scenes at the bottom of the home screen.
3. Tap Automation to open the automation interface.
4. Tap + in the top right corner.
Here you can fill in different options to create an
automation.
5. Tap Save.
The new automation appears in the automation interface.
Removing the product from the app
1. Open the sensor interface.
2. Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Remove Device.

2. Selecione a porta Zigbee para entrar na interface da
mesma.
3. Selecione o sensor que pretende visualizar.
A aplicação mostra os valores medidos do sensor.
•
Toque em Definir alarme para ligar ou desligar o alarme
de bateria fraca para o sensor selecionado.
Criar uma ação automatizada
O sensor pode controlar outros dispositivos com uma ação
automatizada.
1. Abra a aplicação Nedis SmartLife no seu telefone.
2. Toque em Cenas inteligentes na parte inferior do ecrã
inicial.
3. Toque em Automatização para abrir a interface de
automatização.
4. Toque em + no canto superior direito.
Aqui pode preencher diferentes opções para criar uma
automatização.
5. Toque em Guardar.
A nova automatização aparece na interface de
automatização.
Retirar o produto da aplicação
1. Abra a interface do sensor.

Utilisation prévue
Le ZBSD10WT Nedis est un capteur de porte sans fil
alimenté par pile.
Vous pouvez connecter le produit sans fil à l’application
Nedis SmartLife via la passerelle Zigbee.
Une fois connecté, l'application affiche si la porte est
ouverte ou fermée.
Le produit est prévu pour un usage intérieur uniquement.
Le produit n’est pas destiné à un usage professionnel.
Toute modification du produit peut avoir des
conséquences sur la sécurité, la garantie et le bon
fonctionnement.

déchargées, hors de portée des enfants afin d’éviter
tout risque d’ingestion. Jetez les piles usagées
immédiatement et en toute sécurité. Si elles sont
avalées, les piles bouton peuvent provoquer de graves
brûlures chimiques internes en seulement deux heures.
Gardez à l'esprit que les premiers symptômes peuvent
ressembler à des maladies infantiles comme la toux ou
la bave. Si vous pensez que des piles ont été avalées,
consultez immédiatement un médecin.

Ne pas recharger des piles non rechargeables.
•
Ne pas démonter, ouvrir ou déchiqueter des piles
secondaires.
•
Ne pas exposer des piles ou des batteries à la chaleur
ou au feu. Évitez tout stockage à la lumière directe du
soleil.

Ne pas court-circuiter une pile ou une batterie.
•
Ne pas stocker les piles ou les batteries au hasard dans
une boîte ou un tiroir où elles pourraient se
court-circuiter ou être court-circuitées par d'autres
objets métalliques.

Ne pas soumettre les piles ou les batteries à des chocs
mécaniques.
•
En cas de fuite d’une pile, ne pas laisser le liquide entrer
en contact avec la peau ou les yeux. En cas de contact,
lavez la zone touchée à grande eau et consultez un
médecin.

Respectez les marquages positif (+) et négatif (-) sur la
pile, la batterie et le matériel et assurez-vous de les
utiliser correctement.

N'utiliser aucune pile ou batterie qui n'est pas conçue
pour être utilisée avec l'équipement.

En cas d’ingestion d’une pile-bouton ou autre batterie,
consultez un médecin immédiatement.

Der Nedis ZBSD10WT ist ein kabelloser,
batteriebetriebener Türsensor.
Sie können das Produkt kabellos über das Zigbee-Gateway
mit der Nedis SmartLife-App verbinden.
Wenn eine Verbindung besteht, zeigt die App an, ob die
Tür geöffnet oder geschlossen ist.
Das Produkt ist nur zur Verwendung innerhalb von
Gebäuden gedacht.
Das Produkt ist nicht für den professionellen Einsatz
gedacht.
Jegliche Modifikation des Produkts kann Folgen für die
Sicherheit, Garantie und ordnungsgemäße Funktionalität
haben.

Knopfzellenbatterien können beim Verschlucken
innerhalb von nur zwei Stunden schwere innere
chemische Verätzungen verursachen. Beachten Sie,
dass die ersten Anzeichen dafür wie Symptome von
Kinderkrankheiten wie Husten oder vermehrter
Speichelfluss aussehen können. Suchen Sie sofort einen
Arzt auf, wenn Sie den Verdacht haben, dass Batterien
verschluckt wurden.

Laden Sie keine nicht wiederaufladbaren Batterien auf.
•
Batterien oder Akkus dürfen nicht zerlegt, geöffnet
oder zerstört werden.
•
Setzen Sie Akkus oder Batterien keiner Hitze oder Feuer
aus. Vermeiden Sie die Lagerung in direktem
Sonnenlicht.
•
Schließen Sie keinesfalls einen Akku oder eine Batterie
kurz.
•
Bewahren Sie Zellen oder Batterien nicht unachtsam in
einer Kiste oder Schublade auf, wo sie sich gegenseitig
kurzschließen oder durch andere Metallgegenstände
kurzgeschlossen werden können.
•
Setzen Sie Zellen oder Batterien keinen mechanischen
Stößen aus.
•
Im Falle eines Auslaufens der Batterie darf die
Flüssigkeit keinesfalls mit der Haut oder den Augen in
Kontakt kommen. Sollte es dennoch zu Kontakt
kommen, waschen Sie den betroffenen Bereich mit
reichlich Wasser ab und holen Sie ärztlichen Rat ein.
•
Achten Sie auf die Kennzeichnungen für plus (+) und
minus (-) an den Batterien und im Gerät, um die
korrekte Verwendung sicher zu stellen.
•
Verwenden Sie keine Knopfzelle oder Batterie, die nicht
für die Verwendung mit dem Gerät vorgesehen ist.
•
Holen Sie bei Verschlucken von einer Zelle oder Batterie
sofort ärztlichen Rat ein.
•
Kaufen Sie immer die vom Produkthersteller für das
Produkt empfohlene Batterie.
•
Halten Sie Zellen und Batterien sauber und trocken.
•
Wischen Sie die Zellen- oder Batterieanschlüsse mit
einem sauberen, trockenen Tuch ab, wenn sie
verschmutzt sind.
•
Verwenden Sie nur solchen Zellen oder Batterien so,
wie dies für die Anwendung beabsichtigt ist.
•
Nehmen Sie die Batterie nach Möglichkeit aus dem
Produkt heraus, wenn Sie es nicht verwenden.
•
Entsorgen Sie die leere Batterie ordnungsgemäß.
•
Einige kabellose Produkte können implantierbare
medizinische Geräte und andere medizinische Geräte
wie Herzschrittmacher, Cochlea-Implantate und
Hörgeräte stören. Wenden Sie sich für weitere
Informationen an den Hersteller Ihres medizinischen
Geräts.

Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht an Orten, an denen
die Verwendung von drahtlosen Geräten aufgrund

Verbinden mit dem Zigbee-Gateway

Nedis SmartLife-App verbunden ist.

1. Öffnen Sie die Nedis SmartLife-App auf Ihrem
Smartphone.
2. Wählen Sie das Zigbee-Gateway, um die Gateway-
Oberfläche aufzurufen.
3. Tippen Sie auf Add subdevice (Untergeordnetes Gerät
hinzufügen).
