Program Upgrade (On-line)
Error Message Cause Remedial action
There is no operation unit. No operating unit informa-
tion was available when it
was read from the scheduling
window. Check the system data.
Input information of FTP Server. An attempt was made to set
the update date and time
when no FTP server infor-
mation had been entered.
Enter FTP server information.
Changeover Date/Time should
be established later than Upgrade
Date/Time. A switching date and time
earlier than the update date
and time were appointed. The program is updated on
switching after the update pro-
cess. Appoint a switching date
and time later than the update
date and time.
Failed to copy the system data.
Click the ‘Apply’ button after a
while. System data could not be
copied from unit01 to
another unit (flash memory
busy). Allow for a while before clicking
the [Apply] button once again.
Firstly input information of an
unit01. No information about unit01
was available at batch setup. Batch setup executes based on
the information about unit01.
Enter main unit information.
The following units have contra-
diction in the system data of the
‘FTP Server Information’.
Unit No.: XX, XX, …
Click the ‘Apply’ button when
you use the FTP Server of
SV8300 PCPro.
or confirm the contents of ‘FTP
Server Information’ when you
use the FTP Server except for the
SV8300 PCPro's.
Program upgrade is not exe-
cuted correctly because there
is a contradiction on the sys-
tem data of the ‘FTP Server
Information’. Assign the system data of the
‘FTP Server Information cor-
rectly by the following actions.
- When using the SV8300 PCPro
as FTP server, click the [Apply]
button.
- When using the FTP server
except for SV8300 PCPro,
enter the correct information on
the detailed setup screen of FTP
server Information.
