Move to the rear of the rack. First, while pulling the rail toward you, screw the set screw (M5
screw) into the lower female threaded hole.

Next, secure the fixture, where the cable tie has been passed through, to the rack by screwing
the set screw (M5 screw) into the upper female threaded hole.

Firmly tighten the four flush screws.
