1. General Description
1.1. Overview
This product is GPGPU (General-purpose computing on graphics processing units) dedicated to the Express5800
series.
This product is a PCI-EXPRESS 4.0 compliant GPGPU card equipped with a CUDA core processor of 1280 cores
and a Tensor core of 40 cores and 16GB of memory. Card size is half-length low-profile.
IMPORTATANT:
Do not install this product to a computer that is not recommended by NEC Corporation.
NOTE:
Some computers may specify the slot in which the device is to be mounted. For details,
refer to the system configuration guide of the computer, etc.
1.2. Description

Bracket
The bracket of two sizes is included with this product. A bracket can be exchanged according to the form of
a PCI-Express® slot of the server.

PCI-Express® Connector
This product can be attached to the slot x8 lane or higher (PCI-Express® Gen.4). Refer to User’s Guide of
the Server.

Retention hook
It is a mechanism to fix the board. There is a server on the motherboard side that has a mechanism to fix this
hook.
