Appendix 3: Mirador Tx detailed
This section of the manual covers every tab and menus of Mirador Tx, with
detailed descriptions.
Test file
A file contains all information and test data from its creation to software closing
or opening/creation of another file. A saved file can be re-opened later for
further investigation and diagnosis. It is recommended to backup important test
files.
General view
1.
New file:
Click to create a new file.

Open file:
Click to open a file.
3.
Create report:
Click to create a test report. The test report will be created
as a Microsoft Word file.
4.
File name field:
Displays the name of the current test file.
5.
Status bar & progress bar:
The status bar displays the current status and
the progress bar displays progression of the current task.
6.
Stop icon:
Click to stop any test in progress.
7.
Online indicators:
Turns ON when connected to an AE-150 module. A
heartbeat light shows the device is connected and ready to acquire data.
AE-150 control side tab
The
AE-150 CONTROL
side tab includes the controls to operate the AE-150 system
from the computer.
The left area features a graphical representation of the transformer tank with 360°
viewing ability.
The user can add comments in the
Inspection Comments
fields for future use.
The
Trigger Histogram
section displays the phase angle
at which each event was
detected to form the averaging.
The right side area includes four tabs where controls are defined, refer to the
information below.
