Navigate
In the Navigation menu, see the following options:

PLACE – Saved or loaded waypoints and imported point-of-interest.

TRAILS – Saved and imported trails.

TRAINING – Saved training sessions you recorded with the NAVAD.
From the NAVIGAION menu choose between PLACES, TRAILS OR TRAINIGS
Choose TRAININGS to see a list of all the training you recorded with the
NAVAD. Use PLACES or TRAILS for waypoint or trails you loaded or saved.
In the list of trails or training sessions, general details are displayed. Tap an
entry to select it.
