Redundant LVPS Upgrade
The GV20/GV15 is factory configured with dual LVPS modules. You can upgrade your transmitter with
up to two additional modules (LVPS 2A
and 2B), for a total of up to four, which acts in parallel with
the existing LVPSs to improve the reliability of the transmitter.
1. Obtain “QG14001* - GV Redundant LVPS Quick Guide” (see Figure 2.3.2 ) that was provided with
the Dual LVPS Upgrade Kit and complete its outline procedure.

2. If you are performing this upgrade in conjunction with the GV20/GV15’s initial installation, leave
the front panel off to allow further installation. If you are performing this upgrade after initial
installation has already been completed, re-install the front panel.
