Align the notch in the center of the DDR DIMM module with the key on the DIMM slot.
Insert the module vertically into the slot and push it in until the pins are fully inserted, as
shown below.

When the module is fully inserted, the plastic clip at each side of the slot automatically
closes, as shown below.
6.
Replace the RMC-8356 cover by sliding the cover forward. Make sure the safety lock fits
firmly.
Removing DDR Modules
Follow these steps to remove DDR modules:
1.
Remove power from system.
2.
Open the plastic clips on both sides of the module.
3.
Remove the module from the slot.
