NI 9219 Calibration Procedure

Repeat step 2 for each channel on the NI 9219.
4.
Disconnect the source and the DMM from the NI 9219.
Current Accuracy Adjustment
Complete the following steps to adjust the current accuracy of the NI 9219.
1.
Connect the NI 9219 to the DMM and source as shown in Figure 3.
2.
Adjust the NI 9219 current accuracy.
a.
Initialize a calibration session on the NI 9219. The default password is
NI
.
b.
Call and configure the NI 9219 setup calibration function, to place all channels in
current mode, according to Table 38.
c.
Call and configure the NI 9219 setup calibration function according to Table 38.
d.
Input the external temperature in degrees Celsius.
e.
Call the NI 9219 get C Series adjustment points function to obtain an array of
recommended calibration currents for the NI 9219.
f.
Set the source to a reference value determined by the array of recommended
calibration current.
g.
Configure the DMM for a current measurement.
h.
Enable Auto Zero on the DMM.
i.
Acquire a current reading with the DMM.
j.
Call and configure the NI 9219 adjustment function according to Table 37.
k.
Repeat steps e through i for each calibration current in the array.
l.
Close the calibration session.
