You can get details on any tested GPIB interface by selecting the 
interface and clicking on the Details button. For each failed GPIB 
interface, select it and click on the Details button to get a description of 
the failure. Use that information and the information in Appendix D, 

Troubleshooting and Common Questions,

 to troubleshoot the problem.

Troubleshooting information is also available in the online help for the 
Diagnostic utility, which you can access by clicking on the Help button.
