How to clean & maintenance
Meat left behind in the cutter housing maybe
removed from the inside of the appliance by
passing a slice of bread through the cutter
housing.

Before you clean the appliance, switch the
appliance off and remove the plug from the
socket.
2.
Press the release button and turn the
whole cutter housing in the direction of the
arrow. Remove the pusher and the tray.
3.
Unscrew the screw ring and remove all
parts of the cutter housing. Do not clean the
parts in the dishwasher.
4.
Wash all parts that have come into contact
with meat in hot soapy water.
5.
Clean them immediately after use.
Rinse them with clear hot water and dry
them immediately.
6.
It is recommended that to lubricate the
cutting lots and grids with a little oil.

If you do not want to use the device for a
long time, first remove all detachable parts,

Making kebab:

First, clean the meat well, chop it, and wash
it several times with cold water, put it in a
colander to drain the water. Then put it in the
freezer for 1 hour to harden a little and, as a
result, grind easily. First, grind the meat with
a coarse grid, then add sea salt to them, and
for the second time, grind with fine or medium
grid. Then grate the onion, take its water, add
the onion pulp to the meat and then chop the
garlic, add turmeric, pepper and saffron and
knead the meat well. Dry the special skewers
with a clean cloth after washing. At the end,
take a 75-grams of meat, skewer it, and close
the top and bottom well and set aside. When
skewering, wet your hands with lukewarm
water.
