Transmission belt registration (left side)
Maintenance interval:
1st after two working days; than each 14working
days.
How to:
Move the tension system (1); the belt is correctly
tensioned if, applyng a 60N strenght on the
central part you can obtain an 8-10mm - 0,31-
0,39inch mouvement.

Feeder Augher registration (left side)
Maintenance Interval
1st after 02working days, than each 14 working
days.
How to:
To tensioning the chain work on tensioning
system(1) ; chain is correctly tensionated when
on the centre it create a max mouvement of
0,5mm - 0,019inch

Reel ’ s chain registration (right side)
Maintenance Interval:
1st after 02working days, than each 14 working
days.
How To:
To tensioning the chain work on the tensioning
sprocket (1), Chain is correctly tensionde once it
creates a max. mouvement of 5mm - 0,19inch in
the centre.
