Type of oil:
It is placed next to the gear box / blade arm.
It prescribes to use gear oil SAE90 - ISO220 for topping up.
Lubricate:
Keep the chains lubricated.
Grease:
Placed next to reel’s bearing.
It prescribes to grease periodically by the special grease gun.
Setting in motion of the machine:
In order to avoid damages, you must start the header with the gear
engaged and the engine at minimum power.
LIFT TO REMOVE
Removable sides doors:
Placed internally on the sides doors, inform the doors can be
removed by pushing up and taking them off the hinges.
Clutch torque calibration of the augher:
Inform how to check the auger clutch slippage, checking the
alignment of the indices shows the correct torque data of
calibration for each model.
