4.2 Troubleshooting Tips
Description of the Problem
Solution
During the measurement, pressing the button once does not stop
the measurement immediately and the cuff does not immedi-
ately deflate
Open the cuff, remove the batteries and DO NOT use the device.
Contact the service department
The button is pressed but the measurement does not take place.
The pumping does not start or stop prematurely.
Check the batteries and replace them if necessary
No symbols appear on the screen
Check the batteries and replace them if necessary
Battery symbol appears on the screen
Replace the batteries
Battery symbol flashes on the screen

Measurement values appear too high or too low
Blood Pressure varies constantly. Factors like stress, time of the day,
how you wrap the cuff can affect your blood pressure. Review the
section “Before taking a measurement” and “Taking a measure-
ment”
