is single position tool base/tool module carrier, ball screw leading with up/down
stroke 100mm, mounting base width 132.5mm, this product requires driving pack of 57
hybrid servo.

Connection Z motor and ball screw
Positioning Rods:

or fixing the pin on cutting tool to prevent any rotation of tool’s upper part
along with tool barrel.
Tension Spring:
Prevent the cutting tool going down while no power is on
Z Motor Mounting Po:
To mount the motor for cutting tool up-down motion
Pully:
For rotating axis motor
Rotating(R) Axis Motor Mounting Po:
To mounting the motor for cutting tool rotation
Locking Ring:
Tighten this ring for fixing the cutting tool
Stop Pin:
Press down the stop pin while tighten the locking ring, to prevent the tool barrel rotation.
Belt Tensioner:
For adjusting the tension of belt.
Rotating Axis Limited Sensor :
Controlling the cutting tool rotation angle.
Red Dot Pointer Mouting Po :
Laser Cross Pointer for positioning.
