Replacing the Solenoid

Remove the gun cover and gun slide (R).

(See 7-5 page 58

and

7-6 page 59)

Disconnect the solenoid connector.

Remove 1off cap screw (M3x10) on the gun cover (L) and remove the

solenoid bracket.

Remove 1off cup screw M (M3x8) and detach the earth wire.

Loosen the nuts (16mm dia.) and remove the solenoid.

Remove 2off cup screws M (M4x6) and detach the slide guide.

Pull out the solenoid plunger, taking care not to lose the spring.
