5-2-3-4 Motor Test
1.
Select Motor Test on the I/O menu screen to test the gun Motor.
The following screen is displayed.

The gun motor will operate when the trigger pulled.
When the gun is pointed at the screen, INSIDE is displayed next to GUN
SIGHT (item a)
When the gun is pointed away from the screen, OUTSIDE is displayed
next to GUN SIGHT (item a).
If these indications do not appear properly, adjust the Gun Sight (see
section 5-2-3-2 page 52) before checking the Gun Motor.

Point the Gun torwards the screen and keep the trigger pulled for 10
seconds. ON appears next to GUN TRIGGER (item b), and the counter
counts down. When the Gun is pointed away from the screen or the trigger
is released, the counter restarts.
If the motor is normal OK is displayed next to MOTOR (item c) after the
countdown is completed.
If a problem is detected with the motor, NG is displayed next to MOTOR
(item c)
When a motor error is detected a message is displayed at (item d), and the
motor stops operating.
4.
Select EXIT and press the enter switch to return to the I/O TEST screen.
Note:
Ensure that this motor test is conducted after replacing the Gun.
