Air filter
Clean it every 3 months or after every 50
hours of use, and replace it if necessary.
7. Unscrew the filter box knobs
8. Remove the cover.
9. Remove the filter.
10. Knock it gently on a flat surface.
11. Replace the filter in its housing.
12. Replace the box cover and
screw on the knobs.
Fuel tubes
Make sure that there are no cracks in
the fuel pipe and that the joints are solid
on a daily basis.Check that there are no
fuel leaks.Replace where necessary.
Cutter bar
Clean the cutter bar after every use,
particularly the guidance and sliding
surfaces. This means dismounting the cutter.
Afterwards, oil all moving parts.
Use only biodegradable lubricants!
Expert inspection is
required for the following:
• if the mower strikes an object
• if the engine stops suddenly
• if the cutter bar is bent
• if the gears are damaged
• if the V belt is defective
Drive gears
Check the oil level in the gearbox regularly
• Make sure the mower is horizontal.
• Unscrew the oil plug.
• Oil level: up to lower edge of filling
opening Top up with gear oil, if necessary.
• Oil grade:gear oil SAE 80
• Oil capacity for mowers with:approx. 0.25 l
