OPERATION
1. Set the valve pressure lever to a position that is appropriate for the task at hand.
2. Set the throttle lever to the high speed position.
•
After 100 hours of operation, check the oil level in the pump. If the oil level is lower than 1/3, remove the oil filler cap and add oil until the level reaches 2/3.
•
Check the fuel level regularly. Refuel the tank once the fuel level is low.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
1. Turn off the spray gun and set the throttle lever to the low speed position.
2. Press the engine switch to stop the engine.
3. Once the engine has stopped, turn off the fuel cock.
Pausing operation temporarily
1. Empty the chemical tank.
2. Fill the chemical tank with the clean water.
3. Start the engine and spray clean water in order to clean the inside of the pump and of the hose.
4. Run the engine at almost maximum speed for 15-20 seconds and spray the water.
5. Once water has stopped coming out of the nozzle, stop the engine.

MAINTENANCE - STORAGE
•
If the machine is not going to be used for a long time, take the following steps before storing it:
1. Drain the fuel from fuel tank and from the carburetor.
2. Take out the spark plug and apply a small amount of oil to the inside of the cylinder.
3. Slowly pull the recoil starter 2-3 times to ensure that the cylinder is completely filled with oil.
4. Slowly pull the recoil starter and stop once you feel resistance.
5. Clean the external parts of the machine with a cloth and store the unit in a dry and cool place.
