Warranty terms and conditions
1.
The manufacturer grants the purchaser a guarantee for a period of 24 months from the date of
purchase. Any repairs needed within the 24-month period will be performed free of charge.
2.
To make a complaint about the product, the purchaser should bring the stroller to the seller or
manufacturer in its original packaging together with the properly protected parts.
3.
Damages caused by insufficient securing of the stroller and its elements during transport are
not subject to warranty repairs.The person filing a complaint cannot make claims under the warranty
for damage that has been caused by inappropriate labeling or inadequate insurance.
4.
The purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping.
5.
The warranty period will be extended by the time needed to make repairs.
6.
This warranty excludes any liability other than that expressly stated previously.
7.
The purchaser can exchange the stroller if:
9.1. The same defects exist after the stroller has been submitted for repairs twice and the purchaser
cannot use the stroller.
8.
The purchaser must use the stroller according to its intended use and strictly following the
above instructions.

This warranty is void if the purchaser failed to use the stroller according to its intended or
appropriate use, o
r if s/he didn’t follow the instructions.
10.
This warranty is void if the purchaser made repairs or modified the product.
11.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged as a result of misuse, inappropriate
maintenance, inappropriate storage, mechanical damage or regular wear and tear.
12.
This warranty is void if a third party has carried out repairs or modifications. It is not advisable
to have the stroller repaired by an unauthorized company.
13.
The warranty card is valid if it contains the date of purchase confirmed by the Seller’s stamp and
signature as well as the type and serial number of the stroller.
14.
The warranty card is void if it contains corrections or has been crossed out.
15.
The Manufacturer offers paid, post-warranty service.
16.
Any matters that have not been mentioned in the warranty card are governed by the provisions
of the Civil Code.
17.
All complaints should be directed to the Seller or the Manufacturer.
