In this section it is possible to consult the data corresponding to the energy consumption of
the oven and the HACCP.

In order to know the water and energy consumption, it is possible to define the desired
range, whether annual, monthly, daily or hourly.

Consumption data

In the same way, by accessing through the HACCP Data option and setting the desired
range, it will be possible to visualise the graph corresponding to the HACCP data record.
