Electrical system

Check the resistance between the electrode and the
screw cap of the spark plug as shown in the figure.

Permitted resistance: 4.5 ÷ 5.5 K

Carry out the test on all the spark plugs.

Do not use non-resistive spark plugs..

MAIN RELAY

The main relay is situated on the left side and it is iden-
tified by the “

” letter.

The first thing to check is the isolation between the ter-
minals (

) and (

) with a tester.

Apply 12V to the terminals (

) and (

) and check the

continuity between terminals (

) and (

). If there is no

continuity, substitute the relay with a new one.
