The following error message is displayed on the forth line of the operation panel

No Filled [*] Initial filling has not been
performed. Perform initial filling of the ink. Refer to ‘Installing
ink cassettes’
3 No original ink You did not load MUTOH's
recommended ink cassette.
(The printer stops.)
SmartChip is not well
positioned on the cassette Load MUTOH's
recommended ink cassette.
Reposition the smart-chip
(17.75 ± 0.5 mm from the
right side and 43 ± 0.5 mm
from the bottom) Refer to ‘Replacing

NoMemory

7.3.3 Data error display and solutions
Following are data errors and possible solutions during printer operations.
Data errors are displayed when a communication error occurs between computer and printer.
If data error occurs, the following error messages are displayed and the printer stops.
Solve the problem to delete the error message and restart the printer.
