3-6 Initial Setup (User Install)

Setting Communication Line

Set the dialing type needed for the fax machine, either “Tone” or “Pulse”.

Press <Setting>.

Press the [Management] tab.

If an administrator password is set, enter the password and press [Enter].

Press [User Install].

Press [Communication Line].

Select the dialing type, and press [Enter].
