4-70 Checking / Managing Box Documents (OB Doc.)

Select [Shared Rx Box], [Rx Box], or [Tx Box].

Select the document you want to transmit, and press [Transmit].

Press to display detailed information for the file.

Press [Yes].

Press [No] to close the screen without transmitting the document.

Printing a Box Document

Press <Fax>.

Press the [OB Doc.] tab.

The shared reception box is displayed.

Select the box in which the documents you want to print are saved.
