Running the Example HCF Test

Landmark™ Test System Operation

2. Adjust force limits so that they are just outside expected values for the HCF test.

A. From the Station Manager main window, select

Display > Station Setup

, and click

the

Channel Input Signals

button.

B. Select the

Force

channel.

C. Select the

Limits

tab.

D. Use the following parameters:

Landmark 1 Force (Upper Limit, Upper Action)

— 15000 N, Interlock

Landmark 1 Force (Lower Limit, Lower Action

— (-1000) N, Interlock

Show Station Manager Scope and Meters for the Test

1. It is common practice to use the Scope and Meters from the Station Manager application to

show what is happening on the physical equipment during the test. Ensure that the Scope and
Meters you set up earlier are open and running.

Note:

Your meter readings will reflect your station and will be different from those

shown.
