Foundation should be prepared for Exceed
22 series pendulum impact tester, and
at least 1000 mm space should be reserved on the left and right of the foundation,
500 mm space on the back, and 1200 mm space in the front to facilitate
operations. The distance of the foundation to the roof should be greater than
2800 mm. Before the equipment is in position, you can build the foundation
based on drawings, and then perform second time pouring for anchor bolts when
the equipment arrives. After installation, the levelness is 0.2/1000.
To create a comfortable working environment and properly operate the
equipment, take heat dissipation of the equipment into consideration and provide
sufficient heat or air adjustment facilities at the test area. Heat dissipation can be
roughly summarized as heat circulated into a room (1 KVA equivalent to
860 kcal/hr) and heat absorbed from other sources, including high-temperature
furnaces and employees.
A forklift is used to transport the equipment to the installation location.
