1. LED flashes twice and then 

stops

2. LED is flashing green 

continuously.

1. Socket calibrated
2. Factory Reset

1. Plug in your device to the power supply.
2. Link an Authorization Card.

LED is solid blue.

1. Setup mode - no beeps.
2. Overcurrent - continuous 

sequence of 5 double beeps.

1. System is in key setup mode. Follow key 

setup process to add User Keys.

2. System has gone into overcurrent 

protection. Unplug any product which 
may be drawing too much power.

LED is flashing yellow.

1. Ready to be Armed without 

MTI Connect Mesh Connected

2. Merchandising Calibration 

without MTI Connect Mesh 
Connected

1. Add Secure Plug unit to Mesh network.
2. System is calibrating product, wait until 

successful or unsuccessful merchandising 
before proceeding.

LED is solid yellow.

1. Armed without MTI Connect 

Mesh Connected

2. Delete Keys Mode (If using 

Authorization Card)

1. Add Secure Plug unit to  

Mesh network.

2. System is deleting associated keys. Wait 

until complete.
