LED STATUS INDICATORS
Visual Reference
System Status
Condition
Solution
LED is solid white.
Armed
System is armed.
LED is flashing white.
1. Disarmed - no beeps.
2. Merchandising Calibration -
continuous beeps
1. System is disarmed and needs to be re-
armed.
2. System is calibrating product, wait until
successful or unsuccessful merchandising
before proceeding.
LED is flashing red and white.
Alarm
System is alarming and needs to be
attended to.
LED is flashing red.
1. Mains Power Loss - 6
repeating double beeps
2. Merchandizing error - 4
continuous double beeps
Merchandizing error - causes
1. Strip armed with a device not plugged
into its power supply - plug device in to
clear error
2. Device was calibrated while plugged
into its power supply - unplug device from
power supply until socket LED goes white
and then red again. Plug device back into
power supply to clear error.
LED is solid green.
Ready for Key Setup
System has an Authorization Card, but does
not have any User Keys added. Follow key
setup process.
