DAMAGED KERNEL
The function
DAMAGED KERNEL
makes it
possible to separate partial samples with the
most common faulty in grain comodites:
Burned
out, Sprouted, Immature, Withered, Moldy,
Damaged, Broken, Greenish
and two more fields
for custom defects.
When the function is enabled, the equipment
will ask if the user wants to perform the
procedure every time after the moisture test.
• IMPORTANT
: In the process of the damaged
kernel measuring,
keep away the dump cell
.
The sample should be added directly into the
grain cell.
• IMPORTANT
: The reference sample shall
have a minimum weight of
50,0 grams
.
• Set the empty grain cell on the equipment.
• Place the full reference sample in the grain
cell, then wait for stabilization.
• When prompted, remove the sample, return
the empty grain cell into the equipment and
press
OK
.
• Separate faulty partial samples from the full
sample.
• Select on the equipment screen the faulty you
want to test.
• Place the partial sample of the selected faulty
in the grain cell.
• The equipment will show the percentage
value in relation to the full reference sample.
• Repeat the process for the remaining partial
samples and after testing all groups press
Finish
to go to the results screen.
