COM Express Carrer Board

Power

ACPI Sleep State

Ths tem specfes the power savng modes for ACPI functon. If your operatng

system supports ACPI, you can choose to enter the Standby mode n S1 (POS)

or S3 (STR) fashon through the settng of ths feld.

Restore AC Power Loss

Ths settng specfes whether your system wll reboot after a power falure or

nterrupt occurs. Avalable settngs are:

[Power Off] Leaves the computer n the power off state.
[Power On] Leaves the computer n the power on state.
[Last State] Restores the system to the prevous status

before power falure or nterrupt occurred.

Deep S5

The settng enables/dsables the Deep S5 power savng mode. S5 s almost the

same as G3 Mechancal Off, except that the PSU stll supples power, at a mn-

mum, to the power button to allow return to S0. A full reboot s requred. No prev-

ous content s retaned. Other components may reman powered so the computer

can “wake” on nput from the keyboard, clock, modem, LAN, or USB devce.

** Advanced Resume Events Control **

USB from S3/S4

The tem allows the actvty of the USB devce to wake up the system from S3/S4

sleep state.
