Inquiry during current communication (call to another user during current
communication)
To inquire:
1.
During conversation with external user press [HOLD].
2.
Dial «560».
3.
Dial another user to inquire.
4.
To return to conversation with external user:
5.
Press «8», key [#].
6.
During conversation with external user press [HOLD].
7.
To return to conversation with external user [HOLD].
Note
Function is available for all UTs except PT-2AW.
7.4.2
Automatic call forwarding if user is busy
If user line is busy incoming calls are forwarded to another reserved user.
Call forwarding function for every user and pre-defined user are specified on
Customer request at order and installed (programmed) at Manufacturer’s production
plant.
For call forwarding:
1.
Pick up a receiver.
2.
Dial «554».
3.
Press «3».
4.
Dial user number.
5.
Put the receiver down.
To cancel call forwarding enter «559» when the line is free.
To repeat call forwarding, repeat 1-5.
7.4.3
Automatic call forwarding if no answer
Incoming calls are forwarded to another reserved user if no answer. The system
attempts to connect several times, then it forwards a call to pre-defined user.
Call forwarding function for every user (permission or prohibition) and reserved
user are specified on Customer request at order and installed (programmed) at
Manufacturer’s production plant.
