STATIC ELECTRICITY
Vacuum cleaning certain surfaces at a low air humidity may cause slight electrification of the
appliance. This is natural, does not damage the appliance and does not constitute its defect.
To minimise this phenomenon, it is recommended to:
frequently discharge the appliance by touching items in the room with the metal pipe,
increase air humidity in the room,
use generally available anti-electrostatic products.
APPLIANCE ASSEMBLY
1.
Press both latches on the suction hose mounting ring (20), insert the ring into the open-
ing (12) and release the latches. To disassemble, press the latches again and remove the
ring (20) from the opening (12).

Connect the wand (23) to the handle (21) on the other end of the suction (19). Install one of
the tools, (24), (25), (26), (27), (28) or (29), on the end of the wand.
3.
In the suction hose handle (21), pry open the battery container cover and install two
1.5V (AAA) batteries that are included with the vacuum cleaner.
4.
The length of the telescopic suction pipe (23) can be changed by pressing the ring in the
middle part of the suction pipe.
USING THE APPLIANCE
1.
Before turning on the vacuum cleaner, unwind the power cord (31) to a suitable length and
plug it into the mains socket. While unwinding the cord, do not press the cord winder but-
ton (2).
2.
Press the switch (1) to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
3.
To wind the power cord, press the cord winder button (2) with while holding the cord to
prevent a sudden movement that could damage it.
While using the vacuum cleaner, adjust the suction power with (3) and (4) buttons. There
are 4 suction force level indicators on the vacuum cleaner which depict the recommended
application of each level (5):
Drapes, curtains, and textiles
Upholstered furniture and pillows
Carpets and mats
Hard floors, heavily soiled carpets and mats
The indicators light up and go off when selected with (3) and (4) buttons.
