12.6  Editing a One-Touch Memory Record 

1.  In idle mode, press 

DIRECTORY

One-Touch Memory (1-10)

12.7  Copying a Directory Record or All Directory Records

You can copy one directory record or all directory records from the Main/Wired phone to any 

Extension/Wireless phone or from any Extension/Wireless phone to the Main/Wired phone.

12.7.1  From Main/Wired phone

1.  When viewing a directory record, press 

COPY

 softkey. 

2.  The screen will display 

COPY CURRENT RECORD OR ENTIRE DIRECTORY?

. 

3.  Press 

CURR

 softkey to copy the current record. 

 

Or, press 

ENTIRE

 softkey to copy the whole directory. 

4.  Using 

VOL + 

and

 VOL -

 of the navigation button to scroll to the desired extension you wish the 

record(s) to be copied to. 

5.  Press 

SELECT

 softkey to confirm. The number of directory records copied and number of 

records left to be copied will be displayed on the Main/Wired phone.

 

When finished, the Main/Wired phone will display 

RECORD COPIED

 or 

ENTIRE DIRECTORY 

COPIED!

 and the receiving phone will display 

SAVED

. 

12.7.2  From Wireless/Extension phone 

1.  When viewing a directory record, press
