Selecting a Zone
GENERAL RADIO OPERATION
A zone is a group of channels.
Procedure:
[Multi-Function Knob]
If zone is set as the primary mode,

Turn the
MFK
until the display shows the desired zone.

Press the
PTT
button to transmit on the displayed zone.
If zone is not set as the primary mode, press the
MFK
once
and repeat step 1.
OR
[Menu]

to
Zone
.

Press the
Menu Select
button directly below
Zone.

to the required zone.
OR
Rotate the
MFK
to the desired zone.

Press the
Menu Select
button directly below
Sel
to confirm
the displayed zone.

Press the
PTT
button to transmit on the displayed zone.
