For any warranty claim requested by the Customer from the regiona
beyond municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the ASC, a visit by an authoriseda
service personnel may be arranged by the Company through its ASC, on a casea
to case basis, at its sole discretion and the charges towards such visit will bea
borne by the Customer.a

13.
Warranty shall be void if: The type or serial no. on the product has beena
altered, removed or defaced. The product is not operated as per thea
instructions given in the User Guide, if any. The defects are caused bya
household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.a

14.
The warranty automatically expires after the period of time stated ina
the product invoice even if the product may not be in use for any time fora
whatever reasons.a

15.
This Warranty shall not affect Customer's statutory rights under anya
applicable law.a

16.
Customer agrees to indemnify and keep Company harmless against alla
damages, liabilities, costs,expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (includ- inga
reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by the Company as aa
consequence of: (i) violation of these terms and condition by the Customer;a
a
(ii) violation of applicable laws by the Customer; (iii) any action or inactiona
resulting in willful misconducta
or negligence on the customer’s part.a

17.
In the event of repairs of any part (s) of the product, the Warranty willa
thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of thea
Warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair and in transit whether under thea
Warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the Warranty period.a

18.
None of the employees, sellers, dealers or ASCs of the Company havea
the authority to vary these terms and conditions.a
