CHECKING THE CLUTCH

• Measure the thickness of the lined discs.

• Disc thickness: 3 mm.
• Utilisation limit: 2.8 mm.

• Measure the length of the springs.

• Spring length: 33 mm.
• Utilisation limit: 31 mm.

• Check the condition of the notches of the clutch housing
and the condition of the splines of the clutch gear.
• In case of severe wear replace the parts.
